Thank you for shopping with blissebloom. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below for details on how we handle returns and exchanges for both cosmetic and electronic items.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Cosmetic Products

Items such as lipstick, lip-gloss, hand cream, and makeup palettes/boards and other cosmetic products canΒ be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Items with broken seals

  • Products showing signs of wear or contamination

Electronic Products

Items such as hairdryers may be returned if:

  • Returned within 15days of purchase

  • In original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging

  • Free of damage or signs of misuse

If a hairdryer or electronic product is defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund after inspection.


2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You may request a return within [15 days] of receiving your order.

  • After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


3. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Opened cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [3–7 business days].

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Unopened cosmetic products

  • Defective hairdryers or accessories

Depending on the reason for return:

  • Customer pays return shipping for unwanted or wrong size/color purchases

  • Store pays return shipping for incorrect, damaged, or defective items
